If you plan to arrive within 7 days, or the same day:

You do not need to complete the booking form in case of a last-minute visit.
If arriving on the same or next day: please contact us by phone (directly: +33492764733, if not answering the booking office: +31646106968). During siesta time, 13:00 to 16:00, only the booking office can be reached.
For arrivals between 2 and 7 days: send an email (info@levallon.com). Email is read once a day, early in the morning.
If possible, we will send an email with the time of the siesta, and the method of payment.
